In Loving Memory

Henry County High School junior Shelby Lynn Hoskins, 17, of Big Sandy died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Joe McClure will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Chosen as pallbearers are Sawyer McCrady, Blake Jones, Ronnie Webb, Stephanie Webb, Lavon Horton and James Machan.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Born Aug. 11, 1992, in Paris, she was the daughter of Karen French Odom of Big Sandy and the late John Hoskins. She was the stepdaughter of Tim Odom of Big Sandy.

Shelby was a member of the West Tennessee Military Funeral Honors Detail.

She also leaves one sister: Savannah Hoskins and special friend Sawyer McCrady of Paris; one brother: Adam (Amber) Hoskins of Paris; one nephew: Trey Fritts of Paris; two nieces: Chelsey and Alyssa Lowery of Paris;

Six grandparents: Charles and Kathy French of Paris, James Hoskins of Gleason, Nell and Jewell Melton of Cottage Grove and Beamon Odom of Big Sandy; and several aunts and uncles.

Another Bundle of Joy

Freedom Fellowship is being blessed...the nursery is filling up quickly. Anai'ya Imani Easly was born October 23rd to Antwan and Jerrica. Anai'ya weighed in at 6 pounds, 13 ounces. God bless this new little addition to the family.

Lastest Addition to Freedom Fellowship

A special bundle arrived today. Rylee Grace Jensen said "hello world" this morning at 10:15 am. Parents Kyle and Amy and baby Rylee are doing great as well as the proud grandparents. She weighed in at 7 pounds 13 ounces, she has beautiful long dark hair and is just a great blessing of joy.

Veteran's Day Service 2009

A special tribute to the troops, to those who have served and those who have passed away who served in the US Military was conducted by the West TN Military Memorial Organization on November 8, 2009 at Freedom Fellowship. It was a very sacred time of remberance of those whom we love who have passed on.

Many People have been experiencing Freedom at Freedom Fellowship. We marked our 1 years anniversary with a Baptism and Cookout at Paris Landing State Park. It was a cold day, but as one person said "If Jesus can hang on the cross for me, I can get in some cold water for Him."
